QiTek staff has considerable experience spanning over 20 years in development, academia, and corporate training. It is our belief that a formal academic background, production programming, and corporate training experience are essential for providing the services listed below.

Mentoring/Training/Certification

Through QiTek you learn HiTech the old fashioned way. With a key QiMentor onsite to guide the learning process. We feel mentoring is similar to "Extreme Training", "Pair Peer Learning", and "Work Schooling". We work together to create plans and schedules that will significantly reduce saturation and optimize learning throughout the audience spectrum.  We enhance learning through pre/post skills/learning assessments.

We offer Mentoring with or without courseware after determining whether your group needs the structure provided by a courseware or not. As a part of the optional package we offer "certification" coaching and tips as needed. Please note that unless you are working for an MS partner (where certification is required, or similar scenarios) we do not recommend getting certified. We do not believe getting certified is a cost effective way to keep with technology.

We are adept at providing customized course combinations tailored to your group's learning needs. This will result in less training days and consequently less training costs. We can also create schedules that work best for your learning situation. We bring training to your site which we believe will not only cut your costs but also produces a conducive setting for learning through Mentoring. We keep our overhead low to pass on the savings to you.

Seminars       

Our staff has participated in events such as the VS.Net RoadShow, Executive briefings on Web Technologies to companies such as Boeing, Fidelity Investments, Ado.Net to Developers from Japan. QiTek would be happy to work with you to design, develop, and present a seminar to your group, or your executives.

Authoring       

Our staff and/or partners can work with you to develop custom courseware for your company. We have extensive background in especially developer curriculum. You can also see our courses under development in the "Products" section.

Skills Assessment/Interviewing     

Interviewing, skills assessment, requirement gathering, smell tests are necessary by products of our business. We offer these services to those clients who need to hire but do not have the resources to assess the skills of the prospective hire.
